3rd ROC has done a spectacular job designing and installing a solar array for us. Kevin Pilcher has spent many hours with us outlining the benefits and clarifying any questions we have. They handled everything from getting permits to final inspections for us. They’ve even guided us through receiving the State and Federal tax benefits allowed. Which, by the way, are pretty good!! Construction was on-time, with a competent and helpful construction team. To top it off, we’re able to watch the solar panels work on an app on our cell phone. We would highly recommend 3rd ROC!
